Deficiency Symptoms

• Older leaves are dark green or purplish green
• Spindly growth
• Delay of maturity and irregular ear formation .

Correction Measures

• Foliar spray of 2% DAP.
• Foliar application of mono ammonium phosphate (MAP) 1% (10 g / litre of water) two times at 15 days interval.
