1. Agriclinics and Agribusiness centres

Objectives: 

a. To supplement the efforts of Government extension system 
b.  To make available supplementary sources of input supply and services to needy farmers 
c.  To provide gainful employment to agriculture graduates in new emerging areas in agricultural sector

Eligibility: The scheme is open to Agriculture Graduates/Graduates in subjects allied to agriculture like horticulture, animal husbandry, forestry, dairy, veterinary, poultry farming pisciculture and other allied activities.

Margin Money:  Upto Rs. 5 lacs - Nil and above Rs. 5 lacs - 15 to 20 %

2. Cold Storage

Eligible Borrowers/ Institutions for Refinance: 

The advances made to individuals, group of individuals, cooperative societies, proprietary/ partnership concerns and joint sector companies by CBs and SCBs for cold storage units chain are eligible for refinance from NABARD. Besides this, the advances granted to individuals for cold storages and allied purposes granted by SCARDBs are also eligible for refinance from NABARD.

Margin Money:  Margin money of 15% to 25% of the project cost is normally insisted upon depending upon the status & financial health of a borrower.

3. Composite Cash Credit Scheme

Objectives: 

a) To enable the farmer to undertake improved practices of crop production with Bank’s credit assistance and increase farm production and productivity. 
b) To provide the farmer an opportunity to earn a fair return on seasonal investment in the farm on the one hand and to meet a part of the domestic requirements of the family during storage period till better prices prevail in the market, on the other. 
c) To provide the farmer a fully liquid savings module by allowing to earn interest on credit balances in the composite cash credit account when he is cash rich.

Eligibility: 

a) Individual farmers, registered partnership firms, companies, registered farming co-operative societies owning agricultural land, registered tenants / share croppers with recorded rights are eligible for availing crop finance. 
b) Only farmers engaged in production of crops and produce suitable for storage in the cold storage / warehouse godown / regulated market yard are eligible for finance against storage receipts. 
c) Farmers who have availed of crop loans from the Bank for raising concerned crop in that season are eligible for finance under produce marketing loan scheme.
