Kesari From Palm Tuber Flour

Ingredients:

Rava 70 g
Palm tuber flour 30 g
Milk 10 ml
Ghee 10 ml
Cashew nuts 5 g
Raisins (roasted) 15 g

Method:

  • Heat ghee in a pan, add rava and palm tuber flour and fry till it turns light brown.

  • Add sugar, milk and a pinch of required colour to water and allow it to boil for 5-10 minutes.

  • Add the fried rava and palm tuber flour to the boiling water, continuously and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.

  • Decorate with cashewnuts and dry fruits and serve it hot.
