Kesari From Palm Tuber Flour |

Ingredients:
Rava |
70 g |
Palm tuber flour |
30 g |
Milk |
10 ml |
Ghee |
10 ml |
Cashew nuts |
5 g |
Raisins (roasted) |
15 g |

Method:
- Heat ghee in a pan, add rava and palm tuber flour and fry till it turns light brown.
- Add sugar, milk and a pinch of required colour to water and allow it to boil for
5-10 minutes.
- Add the fried rava and palm tuber flour to the boiling water, continuously and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Decorate with cashewnuts and dry fruits and serve it hot.
