Pakoda From Palm Tuber Flour

Ingredients:

Rice 80 g
Palm tuber flour 20 g
Onion (chopped) 5 g
Green chillies (chopped) 5 g
Cumin seeds 3 g
Curry leaves 2 g
Salt To taste

Based on the sensory evaluation, pakoda prepared from 20 per cent incorporation of palm tuber flour was highly acceptable.

Method:

  • Add all the ingredients and water to the flour and make it into thick dough.

  • Deep fry the dough in different shapes in hot oil.

  • Serve hot.
