Paniyaram From Palm Tuber Flour |

Paniyaram prepared from 80 per cent rice and 20 per cent of palm tuber flour along with other ingredients had received higher acceptability score.
Method:
- Soak rice, black gram dhal and fenugreek seed separately for 4 hours and drain the water and grind into fine batter.
- Add salt and allow it to ferment overnight.
- Mix palm tuber flour into the batter.
- Add all the ingredients (chopped onion and chillies) to the batter and mix thoroughly.
- Apply oil to the paniyaram mould and pour the batter.
- Cook both sides and serve hot with chutney.
