Payasam From Palm Tuber Flour

Ingredients:

Sago 70 g
Palm tuber flour 30 g
Jaggery 10 g
Milk 200 ml
Ghee 10 g
Cashew nuts 5 g
Raisins (roasted) 5 g
Cardamom powder 2 g

Method:

  • Boil milk and water for 10 minutes.

  • Add sago and palm tuber flour, jaggery and cook for 10 - 15 minutes.

  • Fry cashewnuts and raisins in ghee.

  • Add cardamom powder, fried cashewnuts and raisins to the payasam.
