| Payasam From Palm Tuber Flour |

Ingredients:
| Sago |
70 g |
| Palm tuber flour |
30 g |
| Jaggery |
10 g |
| Milk |
200 ml |
| Ghee |
10 g |
| Cashew nuts |
5 g |
| Raisins (roasted) |
5 g |
| Cardamom powder |
2 g |
|
Method:
- Boil milk and water for 10 minutes.
- Add sago and palm tuber flour, jaggery and cook for 10 - 15 minutes.
- Fry cashewnuts and raisins in ghee.
- Add cardamom powder, fried cashewnuts and raisins to the payasam.
