Porridge From Palm Tuber Flour
Ingredients:
Rice flour
90 g
Palm tuber flour
10 g
Jaggery
25 g
Milk
25 ml
ater
400 ml
Method:
Boil jaggery in water and strain out the impurities.
Add rice flour and palm tuber flour in cold water ensure there are no lumps and mix it with jaggery water.
Simmer till porridge starts to thicken. Add milk or water to get the required consistency.
