Porridge From Palm Tuber Flour

Ingredients:

Rice flour 90 g
Palm tuber flour 10 g
Jaggery 25 g
Milk             25 ml
ater 400 ml

Method:

  • Boil jaggery in water and strain out the impurities.

  • Add rice flour and palm tuber flour in cold water ensure there are no lumps and mix it with jaggery water.

  • Simmer till porridge starts to thicken. Add milk or water to get the required consistency.
