| Puttu From Palm Tuber Flour |

Ingredients:
| Rice |
20 g |
| Palm tuber flour |
80 g |
| Jaggery |
800 g |
| Shredded coconut |
100 g |
| Salt |
2 g |
|
Method:
- Add required amount of water and salt to rice flour and palm tuber flour. Mix it thoroughly without lumps.
- Steam the flour for 20 -25 minutes.
- Add jaggery and shredded coconut.
- Serve it hot.
