Ribbon Pakoda From Palm Tuber Flour
Ingredients:
Rice
80 g
Palm tuber flour
20 g
Butter
5 g
Sesame Seeds
5 g
Chilli powder
3 g
Salt
To taste
Method:
Add all the ingredients to the flour and mix thoroughly.
Prepare the dough by adding water.
Extrude the dough in a hand extruder using ribbon pakoda dye.
Deep fry in hot oil till they turn into golden brown colour.
Allow it to cool and pack in air tight containers.
