| Soya Laddu From Palm Tuber Flour |

Ingredients:
| Soya flour |
70 g |
| Palm tuber flour |
30 g |
| Sugar |
250 g |
| Powdered cardamom |
5 g |
| Cashew nuts (roasted) |
15 g |
| Raisins (roasted) |
15 g |
| Clove |
2 g |
|
Method:
- Make batter with soya flour and palm tuber flour.
- Heat oil in a heavy bottomed vessel.
- Pour the batter, into oil through perforated ladle which drops as goblets.
- Cook till it reaches golden brown.
- Simultaneously prepare sugar syrup (thread) and add the fried boondhi.
- Mix well along with roasted nuts, cardamom and clove.
- Make into small balls while still hot.
