Uppma From Palm Tuber Flour

Ingredients:

Rava 90 g
Palm tuber rava 10 g
Onion (chopped) 20 g
Green  chillies (chopped) 5g
Curry leaves 2g
Mustard seed for seasoning
Black gram dhal 2 g
Bengal gram dhal 2 g
Oil (ml) 10 ml

Method:

  • Roast the rava and palm tuber rava till it becomes light brown

  • Fry all the ingredients except rava in oil.

  • Add water, salt and allow it to boil.

  • Add roasted rava slowly with continuous stirring.

  • Cook it for 15-20 minutes.

  • Serve hot with chutney.
