India Innovation Competition 2009

Indias Department of Science & Technology has launched the India Innovation Initiative to capture innovative ideas from young Indians on the topic: Technology innovation for masses and global impacts. Deadline for receiving entries is May 30, 2009.

Recognition for Community Conservation of local livestock breeds

LIFE Network in India invites entries from pastoralists, traditional livestock keepers/ communities, farmers conserving local livestock breeds or domestic animal species in their respective area or region. The last date for receipt of applications is 30 June, 2009

eINDIA Award programme is held annually alongside the eINDIA conference proceedings. eINDIA Awards are open for all national and international government organisations, civil society organisations, bi-lateral, multi-lateral developmental organisations and enterprises who have transformed social development opportunities into a sustainable social enterprise through innovative use of ICTs. Nominations open from 15th June 2009 till 15th July 2009
